Just got your DVD Forrest. Good stuff & easy to learn!? I love your tone. Wish I could get 9′s to work as well as you. Had to go back to 10′s. Keep up the good work. Hope to see another DVD.

I have really been pleased to see how you combine the flat pick with finger picking. Your speed is brilliant!! I’ve been trying to sort out my right hand style for ages (years)…. seeing you play convinces me it can be done!! Do you? ever do solos just with the flat pick (not finger picking)? Trying to remember that I SHOULD add the finger picking and when to just use the flat pick is my problem!!

Hi U-All; I own a Fender Ash Deluxe Telecaster MIA nice axe.
The only thing is the strings SUCK!… I was thinking of installing DR Black Beauties strings on my tele, but before I do I like to ask you or anyone out there, are they a good string to use with a Telecaster? They will stand out much better then the stock strings that came with? my axe.

Love what you are doing. If I may make one observation, would you mind please? going though the licks a bit slower? You start expaining really well then you kind of take off like a rocket and lose me a little bit. I’d rather that you took more time over one or two licks than cramming in so much info in one hit. Great playing, though!
